The theme overhaul is taking a week longer than I expected. However, I did just rollout (at long last) groovy, shiny RSS icons in the sidebar. Take a look and tell me if you think they’re effective.

I've implemented a new and potentially controversial change today. In an effort to get people to share honest email addresses and use gravatar images in the comment threads on Chicago Carless, I've made comments by registration only starting today. You only have to register once, and if you are using a gravatar image, it will automatically appear whenever you comment. If you don't have a gravatar or don't know what one is, you can go here and find out. I'd appreciate reader feedback on this. How do you like this change? Thanks.

Thanks! I have about 10% of posts on here “fixed” so far. Working hard to get the rest of them redone so thumbnails in archives work and stop mucking up the header area.
