		<description>I used to love a good Chicago-style deep dish, Due-style (spinach preferred), but the battle of the waistline is better fought with a Lou&#039;s.  It&#039;s too difficult to choose just one--but I will go out on a limb and say that either is hands-down better than that a New York-style crust.</description>
