Best Grilled Cheese in Chicago
(Photo: More butter, less begging, now at Orange on Harrison.)
Your mileage may vary, but my favorite Windy City grilled cheese just got extra buttery. It’s at my equally favorite neighborhood brunch joint, downtown Chicago’s Orange on Harrison. Read all about the sandwich of my dreams in my review of Orange on Harrsion today on Gapers Block.

Most mere American mortals usually hate the stuff. OMG! What a great coincidence! I was walking down the street just today and smelled grilled cheese. I really, really, REALLY wanted one then. I love grilled cheese and tomato soup.
I’ll have to check out this place…Thanks for making me aware of it…
No problem, Charles. Like you, I lived in Marina City for a long time before discovering Orange. I should mention, too, anyone with a Chicagoland Bicycle Federation membership gets a whopping 20% discount. That is one buttery deal in itself.
