		<description>So the Red Line is running over the top on the Wabash and Lake portions of the Loop. The Brown Line and Orange Line are running over the Wells and Van Buren portions of the Loop. The CTA is totally confusing.

		<description>What&#039;s really sad is that this won&#039;t be the last of the repairs/reconstruction.  I remember how CTA shut down the Red Line back in the early 90s from midnight to 5am for six months; supposedly for just about the same reasons they&#039;re giving again.
