		<description>Mike, the sopa à Alentejana looks terrific. Glad to know there are some guys out there who can take the full punch of raw garlic. I love this soup. I make it with chicken stock, too--more flavor. I have the classic  as well as a new version of it in my cookbook that&#039;s coming out in next year or so. Who knows, maybe I&#039;ll let you try it first.
