I don't know how it is along the Oak Park branch but I would say no one is riding it beyond say 35th Street. It was probably busier when the Englewood neighborhood was more of a second downtown and it certainly helped if it went into the subway to the north side as it used to before 1993. There is certainly some progress to be made for the CTA to be a truly world class city transit system.
