And under the Act, employees, themselves, get to decide which method to use. Unfortunately, opponents of the Act are out there promulgating the type of misinformation that you've received. The fact remains, the most effective anti-poverty instrument in Amercia is a union card, and the Employee Free Choice Act sets powerful safeguards to ensure that the formation of unions, among America's economically challenged workers especially, is not impeded by greed.
